Abstract
In recent years,with the requirements and plans on the Central Economic Working
Conference and the National Conference on Rural Work,Baoding research to speed up the new
approach to rural development in-depth。To take effective measures to actively promote
their new rural construction,it made a series of achievements。However,the distance from
new rural construction also has a certain gap。
In this paper the author summed up the rural planning and construction of domestic
and foreign experience and lessons,prehensive study of the existing rural planning
and construction of theory。On this bine to participate in the planning and
construction of new countryside Baoding practice,in view of the status quo Baoding
problems in rural areas,the author carried out its exploration and research on the new rural
planning and construction of ways and means should be taken,approaches and principles,
as well as the future development of villages。The author hopes that these methods can be
used to guide the planning and construction of new countryside Baoding a reasonable and
orderly development , thus improving the living environment of Baoding and the
construction of rural appearance,and enhance the vitality of rural development,improve
the quality of life of villagers。
