随着全球经济的一体化,国内行业的整合和财务专业化市场经济的发展,财务外包必定是我国企业未来发展趋势。本文通过对财务外包内外部环境的深入分析和上海宜久财务咨询公司的整体分析,帮助宜久财务咨询公司找出自身在财务承包中存在的问题,从而提出了规避财务承包风险的措施,从而才能充分发挥财务外包的作用,最终使财务外包双方实现双赢。

理论结合实际,用所学专业知识,尤其是战略管理和市场营销管理的理论和方法,按照提出问题—分析问题—解决问题的思路进行研究。希望能为宜久的财务承包发展提供借鉴作用。

摘要
在国际市场竞争日益激烈的今天,越来越多的企业希望更快地拓展新的市场,优化管理流程,降低成本,稳固自己的市场占有地位。他们往往会选择做好核心业务,而把一些非核心业务外包出去,以提高核心竞争力。本文以宜久财务咨询公司的财务承包发展为切入点,综合分析财务外包的现状和内外部环境的变化,结合自身的实习和调研,阐述财务外包的概念,结合核心竞争力、战略管理等理论,分析财务外包优势,对于外包可能存在的风险进行说明并提出相应对策。

Abstract
Today the international market is petitive , more and more enterprises wish to develop new market quickly, optimizing the management process and reduce the cost, and stable their market position. They often can choose the core business, and put some non-core business outsourced to enhance petitiveness. This paper take financial outsourcing of E-jun financial pany as the breakthrough point, prehensive analysis of the present situation of internal and external financial outsourcing and the change of environment, combined with my own practice and research, this paper expounds the concept of financial outsourcing, combined with the petitive ability, the strategic management theory, analyses the financial outsourcing advantages, for outsourcing possible risks specification and put forward corresponding countermeasure.
