16层螺旋CT在肝脓肿诊断中的价值

【摘要】目的探讨16层螺旋CT在肝脓肿诊断中的临床应用价值。方法28例肝脓肿患者纳入本研究。全部行16层螺旋CT的平
扫、动脉期和门静脉期检查,部分患者行延迟扫描,分析肝脓肿的16层螺旋CT表现。结果肝脓肿在16层螺旋CT扫描征象上具有
多样性,其CT表现与肝脓肿所处病理阶段密切相关。结论16层螺旋CT为准确诊断肝脓肿提供了客观影像学依据,对判断肝脓肿的
病理过程和指导临床治疗具有重要意义。
