胰岛素新剂型的研究与进展—肺部吸入给药制剂
摘要:
随着糖尿病的发病率逐渐的上升,世界各大制药公司也在积极的开发抗糖尿病新药,并取得了许多新进展。近年来胰岛素新剂型的开发和研究取得了很大的进步,具有代表性和应用前景看好的胰岛素新制剂,如新型注射剂、肺部吸入给药制剂、口服或口腔黏膜吸收给药制剂、鼻腔给药的气雾剂、植入剂和透皮制剂等。本课题针对市场现有胰岛素存在的不足,意在开发出一种新剂型,研制使用方便、疗效确切、安全可靠的胰岛素新剂型,肺部吸入给药制剂。
