摘要
目前,中小企业在我国当前经济发展中发挥着十分重要的作用,在解决就业、带动经济发展、增强经济活力等方面做出了突出的贡献。中小企业在国民经济中都发挥着极其重要的作用。然而,由于我国经济体制和中小企业自身的原因,使得中小企业在发展过程中仍面临着较多问题,尤其是“融资难”问题成为制约我国中小企业发展的瓶颈, 如何破解中小企业资金短缺,提高融资效率越来越成为中小企业健康发展的关键。
本文针对目前中小企业的现状,分析中小企业融资中存在的问题,从自身经营管理和金融体系不完善两个角度剖析中小企业融资难原因,最后从提高中小企业自身素质、改善中小企业融资环境及加大政府对中小企业的政策扶持三个方面提出相应的政策建议,缓解目前我国中小企业融资难问题,推动我国中小企业又好又快地发展。

Abstract
At present, Small and Medium Sized Enterprises plays a very important role in China’s economic development, making outstanding contributions in terms of employment, promoting economic development and enhancing economic vitality. Small and Medium Sized Enterprises play a vital role in the national economy. However, due to China's economic system and for its own reasons, Small and Medium Sized Enterprises are still facing many problems in the process of development, especially the "financing difficulties" has e a bottleneck, restricting the healthy development of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in China, so how to crack the shortage of finance for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises and improve the efficiency of financing has increasingly e the key to the healthy development of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises.
In this paper, it will introduce the current status of small and medium enterprises, analyzing the problems of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises’ financing, analysis the reason of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises’ financing difficult from two aspect
