【摘要】目的:了解2型糖尿病患者干眼症相关指标的变化情况,以及与血糖水平的相关关系。方法: 对35例(70眼)2型糖尿病患者和38例(76眼)正常健康人群行泪膜破裂时间测定、基础泪液分泌试验以及角膜荧光素染色,并分析与患者血糖水平的相关性。结果:2型糖尿病患者的泪膜破裂时间、基础泪液分泌值明显低于正常人群(),而角膜荧光素染色评分明显高于正常人群()。进一步分析显示2型糖尿病患者血糖水平与泪膜破裂时间、基础泪液分泌值以及角膜荧光素染色评分之间存在明显相关关系()。结论:2型糖尿病患者泪膜破裂时间缩短、基础泪液分泌值减少以及角膜荧光素染色评分升高,控制好血糖水平能够改善干眼症的相关指标。

[ABSTRACT] Objective:To investigate the changes of xerophthalmia related indexes, and their correlation with glucose level in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods: Tear film break
up time (BUT), basal tear secretion test (Schirmer I test, Sit) and corneal fluorescein staining (FLS) were detected in 70 eyes of 35 patients with type 2 diabetes and 76 eyes of 38 normal healthy people to analyzed the correlations of these indexes and glucose level in patients with type 2 diabetes. Results: The value of BUT and Schirmer I test in patients with type 2 diabetes were significant lower than that in normal healthy people (), however, the FLS scores of patients were significant higher than that of normal people (). Further analysis showed that there were significant correlations between BUT, the value of Schirmer I test, FLS scores and glucose level in patients with type 2 diabetes (). Conclusions: The value of BUT and Schirmer I scores in patients wi
