【摘要】目的探讨16层螺旋CT血管造影(CTA)在颈动脉狭窄诊断中的应用价值及技术优势。方法回顾性分析17例经临床或DSA检查证实的颈动脉狭窄的CTA检查结果,对血管显示情况进行评价,其中7例进行了DSA检查并与CTA结果比较。结果 17例患者CTA显示颈总动脉、颈外动脉、颈内动脉显示率为100%;颈内动脉狭窄18支,其中轻度狭窄10支,中度狭窄4支,重度狭窄3支,闭塞1支;其软件能清晰显示血管狭窄、钙化和周围骨质的关系,准确显示狭窄段,计算狭窄程度。结论 16层螺旋CT血管成像是首选无创诊断颈动脉狭窄的方法,能清楚显示颈动脉狭窄段及其邻近结构的关系,具有方便、准确、特异等特点。

[Abstract] Objective To study the value and the technique dominance of 16-detector row CT angiography(CTA) in the diagnosis of carotid artery stenosis. Methods To analyze the CTA results retrospectively of 17 cases of carotid artery stenosis confirmed by clinic or DSA examination,and to evaluate the display of the blood vessel. 7 cases of them pared between DSA examination and CTA results. Results There are 17 cases whose CTA display rate is 100% mon carotid artery, external carotid artery and internal carotid artery. 18 branches internal carotid artery stenosis, in them 10 branches light stenosis, 4 branches midrange stenosis, 3 branches heavy stenosis, 1 branches obstruction. This software can show the vessel stenosis, calcification and the relation with surrounding sclerotin clearly. It shows the stenosis section exactly and calculates the degree of stenosis automatically. Conclusion The 16-row CT angiography is no-trauma and can be the first choice in dia
