2 216MnR 在韧脆转变区的微观
组织与性能研究

摘要: 利用高分辨率透射电子显微镜和低温装置, 对 16M nR 韧脆转变区不同温度下的晶粒
直径、珠光体片层和位错进行了试验研究。结果表明, 不同温度下的屈服强度和其相应温度下的当
量晶粒直径符合 H all Petch 关系式, 位错密度随温度降低的变化是导致屈服强度升高和断裂韧性
下降的主要原因。

Abstract: 16M nR grain diam eters, pearlite lam ellae and dislocations of different temperature in ductile
brittle transition region w ere investigated by h igh quality T EM technique w ith low temperature apparatus T he
results show ed that the relationsh ip betw een the yield strength and the standard grain diam eter at different
temperature acco rds w ith H all Petch relationsh ip and the reduction of dislocations density results in that yield
strength is up and fracture toughness is decrese fo llow ing temperature dow n
