正交试验设计优选咽清颗粒的提取工艺

摘要:目的通过正交试验设计考察咽清颗粒的提取工艺。方法以总浸膏量和有效成分绿原酸含量为指标,以
溶剂量、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,每因素设计 3 个水平, 用 L 9 ( 3 4 )正交表安排试验。结果咽清颗
粒的最佳提取工艺为 1 / 3 处方量的药材以 2 00 mL 水回流提取 3 次, 每次 0 . 5 h。结论确定的咽清颗粒提取工艺重
复性好, 操作简单, 具有较高的应用价值。

Using the content s of chlorogenic acid and total extract ion as indexes, choosing solvent volume, extract ing durat ion
and extr acting t imes as influential factors, t he opti mal extr acti on condi tion was studied by L9(34) orthogonal test.
