【摘要】目的观察水林佳(水飞蓟宾-磷脂复合物)治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床疗效。方法将56例患者随机分为2组,治疗组予水林佳口服,对照组予硫普罗宁口服,均3个月为1个疗程,疗程结束后,观察临床症状、ALT、AST、TC、TG和超声影像的变化。同时观察2组患者用药期间的不良反应。%%,治疗组明显高于对照组,2组比较差异有显著性()。治疗组在改善患者临床症状、肝功能、血脂及超声影像方面疗效确切,无明显不良反应。结论水林佳治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病有较好临床疗效。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of silibinin capsules in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods 56 patients with NAFLD were randomly divided into a treatment group treated with silibinin capsules and a control group treated with tiopronin tablets respectively for consecutive 3 months. Before and 12 weeks after the treatment, the changes of clinical symptom, serum transaminase level(ALT/AST), cholestero(TC), triglyceride(TG)and ultrasonic image were dectected effect was also observed during the The total effective rate in the treatment group was %, which was higher than that in the control group(%), showing significant difference statistically(). Satisfactory effect was obtained in the improvement of clinical symptom, serum ALT/AST, TC, TG and ultrasonic severe adverse effect Silibinin capsule has significant therapeutic effect on NAFLD.
