【摘要】目的调查静脉吸毒HIV感染者/AIDS患者的中医证候特点。方法以中医理论、相关文献以及专家经验为基础,编制“静脉吸毒HIV感染者/AIDS患者中医证候调查表”,对170例HIV感染者/AIDS患者进行一对一统一问卷调查,将调查结果进行证候统计分析。结果这些患者的证候(证型)出现频率较高(10%以上)者依次为:脾胃气虚、肝郁气滞、肾阴虚、痰热蕴肺、肝胃不和、肺气虚、肾阴阳两虚、气虚证、痰湿蕴肺、肝火证、心阴虚。实证为主的证候多见于肝、肺,虚证为主的证候多见于肾、脾胃、肺。结论本研究的常见证候(证型)与其他同类研究结果有较大差异,可能由于在不同的艾滋病证候研究过程中,患者(被调查者群体)和研究者均存在诸多内、外影响因素。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the characters of TCM syndromes of HIV/AIDS patients by intraveneous drug. Method Based on the TCM theories, related literature and experts’ experience, the questionnaire piled and revised, 170 patients were investigated one by one, and the data was analysed. Result The frequency lines in turn:spleen qi deficiency, liver depression with qi stagnation, kidney yin deficiency, phlegm-heat congestion of lung, disharmony of liver and stomach, lung qi deficiency, kidney deficiency of both yin and yang, qi deficiency, phlegm-damp congestion of lung, liver fire, heart yin deficiency. The excess syndromes lies in the liver and the lung. The deficiency syndromes lies in kidney, spleen and stomach, and lung. Conclusions The frequent syndromes in the study distinguished from the other congener study. It may be caused by many different contribution factors of patients and researchers.
