【摘要】目的检测环氧化酶-2(Cyclooxygenase-2, COX-2)在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达,并探讨其意义。方法利用半定量RT-PCR法检测52例子宫内膜癌组织及23例正常子宫内膜组织中COX-2的表达。结果(1)COX-2在正常子宫内膜组织中均不表达,%;(2)COX-2表达量与肿瘤的分化程度有关,分化程度越低,表达量越高,高分化子宫内膜癌与低分化子宫内膜癌间差异有显著性()。结论 COX-2在子宫内膜癌中的表达与肿瘤的分化程度有关且高于正常组织,提示COX-2与子宫内膜癌的形成有关,且可作为判断预后及分化程度的指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2)in endometrial carcinoma. Methods Expression of COX-2 wasassayed by semiquantitative RT-PCR in 52 cases of endometrial carcinomaand 23 cases of normal endometrialtissues. Results (1)The positive rate and expression quantity of COX-2 in cancer tissues were higher
than in normal tissues.(2)The expression quantity of COX-2 was correlated with histological grade, the expression quantity of COX-2 was lower in well-differentiated endometrial carcinomathan in poorly differentiated endometrial carcinoma. Conclusion COX-2 may a function importantly in tumor production and may bea good index to assess the differentiation degree and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma.
