【摘要】目的:探讨 Cyclin E 在子宫内膜癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学 S-P 法测定 16 例正常子宫内膜、18 例子宫内膜不典型增生及 50 例子宫内膜癌中的 Cyclin E 蛋白的表达情况。结果: Cyclin E 蛋白在正常子宫内膜中的表达率为 %,明显低于在子宫内膜不典型增生中的表达(%)及在子宫内膜癌中的表达(%,P )。50 例子宫内膜癌中,Cyclin E 蛋白在 G2、G3 中的表达率(%)明显高于 G1(%,P );在临床分期Ⅱ~Ⅲ中的表达率(%)亦高于Ⅰ期者(%,P )。结论:Cyclin E 的过度表达可能与子宫内膜癌的发生、发展密切相关,并提示可能与患者的预后有关。

〔Abstract Objective To investigate the expression of Cyclin E in endometrial carcinoma and its relationship to clinic pathological features and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma. Methods An immunohistochemical S-P assay was used to detect the expression of Cyclin E in specimens of 50 cases with endometrial carcinoma、16 normal endometrium and 18 atypical hyperplasia. Results The positive immunostaining rate of cyclin E in endometrial carcinoma (%) was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium (%). In 50 cases with endometrial carcinoma, the expression of cyclin E in moderately-poorly differentiated (G2-G3) and stage Ⅱ~Ⅲ cases was significantly higher than that in well differentiated (G1) and stage Ⅰ cases, P . Conclusion The results suggest that cyclin E expression is closely related to the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma, and the aberrant expression of cyclin E may act as a p
