【摘要】目的探讨细胞周期素D1(cyclinD1)和P27在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用SP法对56例NSCLC进行cyclinD1和P27蛋白检测。结果 cyclinD1和P27蛋白表达与NSCLC的组织分化程度、淋巴结转移和临床分期有关,且两者在NSCLC中的表达呈负相关()。结论 cyclinD1的高表达和P27的低表达在NSCLC的发生发展中起重要作用,两者的联合检测有可能作为判断NSCLC恶性程度和预后的生物学指标。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the expressions of cyclinD1 and P27 protein in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and their clinical significance. Methods 56 NSCLC were detected by immunohistochemical technique (streptavidin-peroxydase) for the expression of cyclinD1 and P27 protein. Results The expressions of P27 and cyclinD1 were closely related to the histodifferentiation, lymphatic metastasis and clinical stages. The expression of cyclinD1 was negatively correlated with that of P27 (). Conclusions The high expression of P27 and low expression of cyclinD1 may play an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of NSCLC. Detection of cyclinD1 and P27 can be used as a biological marker to assess the malignancy and prognosis of NSCLC.

肺癌在我国的发病率和病死率日渐增高,是我国发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,其中非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)在肺癌中比例较高。研究发现,肺癌的发生是一个长时间、多因素、多步骤逐步演进的复杂的生物学过程,细胞周期紊乱、细胞失控性生长是肺癌发生的主要机制之一[1]。本实验采用免疫组织化学SP法检测NSCLC中细胞周期素D1(cyclinD1)及其调节因子P27的表达,并探讨两者在NSCL
