【摘要】目的:探讨表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学(SP)法检测EGFR在47例乳腺癌组织和19例乳腺腺病组织中的表达。结果:47例乳腺癌组织中EGFR阳性表达率为532%,显著高于乳腺腺病组织中的表达(263%)(P<005)。EGFR与乳腺癌的组织学类型及淋巴结转移无明显关系(P>005)。结论:EGFR与乳腺癌的发生密切相关,检测EGFR对乳腺癌的早期诊断有重要意义。

【ABSTRACT】 Objective:To study clinical signicance and expression of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) in the breast :Immunohistochemical methhod (SP) was used to detect the expression of the EGFR in 47 breast carcinoma tissues and 19 adenosis of breast ::The positive expression rates of EGFR were 532% and 263% in the breast carcinoma and adenosis of breast. Compared the two groups, the
positive expression rates difference has statistic significance (P<005)The positive expression rate of EGFR wasnt related to the histological classification and lymph noge involvement(P>005).Conclusion:EGFR was related to pathogenesis of breast carcinoma. It has important significance for examining EGFR to early diagnose breast carcinoma.

乳腺癌是危害女性健康的主要恶性肿瘤,发病率一直居高不下,呈低龄化和非肥胖人群高发趋势,因而愈来愈引起人们的关注。表皮生长因子受体是一种细胞膜表面糖蛋白,与细胞的增殖、死亡和分化有关,表皮生长因子受体酪氨酸激酶介导的细胞生长信号通路在癌症的形成和发展过程中起重要作用[1]。我们对47例乳腺癌和19例乳腺腺病组织中表皮生长因子受体进行检测,探讨表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)的表达与乳腺癌临床病理特征的关系。
