【摘要】目的建立HPLC-ELSD测定轻身减肥片中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法选用C18色谱柱( mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-水(35∶65)。蒸发温度120 ℃,雾化温度80 ℃, mL/min,柱温35 ℃。~ μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r= 9,%,RSD=%(n=6)。结论所建立的方法简便、准确,重复性好,精密度高,可用于轻身减肥片的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for determining the content of astragaloside Ⅳ in Qingshen Jianfei Tablets. Methods Stationary phase was C18 column ( mm×250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase was acetonitrice-water (35∶65). The evaporation temperature was 120 ℃, the pulverization temperature was 80
℃, the flow rate was mL/min and column temperature was 35 ℃. Results The standard curve was linear within the range of ~ μg, r= 9. The average recovery was % with RSD=% (n=6). Conclusion The established method is simple and accurate, with good reproducibility and high precision, and suitable for the determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Qingshen Jianfei Tablets.

轻身减肥片是由大黄、山楂、泽泻、黄芪、丹参、防己等制成的中药复方制剂,具有轻身减肥、益气健脾、活血化瘀、宽胸祛积之功效,临床上主要用于单纯性肥胖。原质量标准中没有含量测定项,为了控制该制剂的质量,本试验采用HPLC- ELSD法测定轻身减肥片中黄芪甲苷的含量。
