【摘要】目的用HPLC法测定复方天麻颗粒中五味子醇甲的含量。方法 HPLC用外标一点法,Kromasil ODS1 C18柱,甲醇-水(65:35)为流动相,,λ=220nm。结果五味子醇甲在5~80μg/ml范围内呈良好线性,回归方程为y=- r=,%、RSD%%(n=9)。结论方法简便、准确,专属性强,测定结果重复性好,为复方天麻粒颗中五味子的定量分析提供了科学有效的方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish the method for detemining the content of Schisandrin in Fufang Tianma Keli by Using Kromasil ODS1 C18 Column, acetonitrile-% phosphoric acid solution(2:98) as the mobile phase,detection wavelength as 220nm and flow rate was The calibration curve was linear at a range of 10~120
μg/ml for the Schisandrin and linear equation was y=- r=. The average recovery was % and the related standard deviation(RSD) was %(n=9).Conclusion This method was simple and accurate and proper,which can be provide for scientific quantitative analysis method of Schisaandrae chinensis in Fufang Tianma Keli and the reduplication of the result was good.

复方天麻颗粒为原《卫生部药品标准》第十二册收载品种,为民间常用药,具有健脑安神作用,用于失眠健忘,神经衰弱,以及高血压引起的头昏头痛。本方由天麻、五味子、麦冬三味中药经提取加工制成。据现行药典及多数文献的报道,对复方天麻粒颗的质量控制没有含量测定。而在实际处方中,五味子虽不是君药,为提高药品的质量标准,控制其中五味子的含量极有必要。现经实验论证,对方中的五味子所含五味子醇甲的含量测定方法进行方法学研究,认为线性、重复性、回收率、精密度等均较理想。
