【摘要】目的:建立裸花紫珠中齐墩果酸与熊果酸的含量测定方法,考察海南五指山地区野生裸花紫珠中齐墩果酸与熊果酸的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定裸花紫珠中齐墩果酸与熊果酸的含量,乙腈-甲醇- %乙酸胺水溶液(69∶10∶21)为流动相;流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为215 nm。结果:~ μg(r= 6) ~ μg (r= 7),% % 。结论:本法操作简单,测定结果准确,适于裸花紫珠中齐墩果酸与熊果酸的含量测定。

[ABSTRACT] Objective: To establish a method for quality control of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in folium callicarpae nudiflorae,which is originally grew in the fivefinger mountain area. Methods: The content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in folium callicarpae nudiflorae were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). The analy
tical column was C18(250 mm× mm,5 μm) .The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrilemethanol%ammonium acetate (69∶10∶21) ,the flow rate was mL/min. The UV detection wavelenghth was 215 nm. Results: Oleanolic acid and ursolic acid showed a good linearity in range of ~ μg(r= 6) and ~ μg (r= 7) .The average recovery was % ,%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is a simple, convenient, accurate and relable, and it can be used to quality control of folium callicarpae nudiflorae .
