【摘要】目的建立银蒲解毒片中咖啡酸含量的测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,选用C18色谱柱( mm×250 mm,5 μm),以甲醇-%磷酸溶液(26∶74)为流动相, mL/min,柱温30 ℃,检测波长为323 nm。~ μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r= 9),%,RSD=%。结论此法操作简单,结果准确,可有效控制银蒲解毒片的质量。

Abstract:Objective To establish the method for determination of caffeic acid in Yinpujiedu Tablets by HPLC. Methods Stationary phase was Lichrospher-C18 ( mm×250 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase was methanol-% phosphoric (26∶74), detection wavelength was 323 nm, flow rate was mL/min and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The calibration curve were linear in the range of ~
μg for caffeic acid (r= 9). The average recovery rate was %, RSD was %. Conclusion This method is simple and convenient for the operation. It is very accurate and suitable for the quality control of Yinpujiedu Tablets.

银蒲解毒片是由山银花、蒲公英、紫花地丁、夏枯草、野菊花加辅料蔗糖、滑石粉、硬脂酸镁制成的糖衣片,具有清热解毒的功效,用于治疗急性咽炎等。现有关文献资料中尚未有该制剂中咖啡酸含量的测定。为更好地控制该制剂的质量,本试验采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对咖啡酸进行含量测定。
1 仪器与试药
Agilent 1100系列高效液相色谱仪:G1311A四元泵, G1313A自动进样器,G1379A脱气机,G1314VWD检测器,Agilent 1100化学工作站;UV-2201型紫外-可见分光光度仪。
银蒲解毒片(广西玉林制药有限责任公司提供,批号390002,390001,390016);咖啡酸对照品(由中国药品生物制品检定所提供,批号110885-200102,供含量测定用)。甲醇为色谱纯,其余试剂均为分析
