【摘要】目的:观察MTA1 mRNA与ki67蛋白在乳腺癌组织中的表达,探讨二者与乳腺癌的相关性。方法:应用原位核酸分子杂交检测乳腺癌组织中MTA1 mRNA的水平,应用免疫组织化学技术检测乳腺癌组织中ki67蛋白的表达,分析二者与乳腺癌的相关性。结果:MTA1 mRNA、ki67蛋白在乳腺癌低分化组的表达明显高于高、中分化组(),淋巴结转移组明显高于无淋巴结转移组()。MTA1 mRNA、ki67蛋白在c-erbB2阳性组的表达水平高于c-erbB2阴性组(),MTA1 mRNA、ki67蛋白在ER阳性组的表达水平低于ER阴性组()。ki67蛋白与MTA1 mRNA的表达呈正相关,r=。结论:MTA1 mRNA和ki67蛋白的表达与乳腺癌的发生、发展密切相关,可以作为判断乳腺癌预后的重要分子标志物。

【ABSTRACT】 Objective: To observe the expressions of MTA1 mRNA and ki67 in breast cancer tissue and to investigate the relation between the two indexs and their correlation with the invasion ability of breast cancer. Methods: The expressions of MTA1 mRNA and ki67 were detected by ISH and IHC,respectively. And their correlation was analysed. Results: The expressions of MTA1 mRNA and ki67 in the poorly differentiated group of breast cancer were significantly higher than that in the moderately and well differentiated groups(). The expressions of MTA1 mRNA and ki67 in groups having lymph nodes metasis were significantly higher than those in no-lymph nodes metasis groups(). The expressions of MTA1 mRNA and ki67 were higher in cerbB2 positive group than nigative group(). And ti was also higher in ER negative group(). The expressions of MTA1 mRNA and ki67 were positive correlated with each other(r=). Conclusion: The high expressions of MTA1 mRNA and ki67 are closely related with the development and progress of breast cancer, panying with the progress of the disease and the decreasing of tumor differentiation extents. MTA1 mRNA and ki67 can be the important molecular markers which indicate the prognosis and treatment of breast cancer.
