[摘要] [背景] 探讨变应性真菌性鼻窦炎(AFS)的诊断及治疗方法. [病例报告] 给6例AFS患者行变应原皮肤试验,,清除鼻窦病变组织后用生理盐水冲洗窦腔,,并口服给予强的松,鼻腔内局部给予皮质类固醇激素,,均未见复发. [讨论] AFS患者仍需要长期的随访和观察,AFS的诊断标准需要进一步完善.

AFS是非侵袭性的鼻真菌病,多发生于青壮年[1] .延边大学医院耳鼻咽喉科自2002年3月至2004年2月间收治6例AFS患者,本文对其诊断与治疗方法进行了分析.
1 资料与方法
资料本组6例AFS患者中男性为5例,女性为1例;年龄为33~63岁,平均为42岁;病程为3个月~2年;曾接受过鼻内镜手术者为3例,柯-陆式手术者为1例,无手术史者为2例;阿司匹林不耐受者为1例;伴有哮喘者为1例;临床表现均以鼻塞为主,并伴有不同程度的鼻漏及头痛;检查见单侧中鼻道息肉者为4例,双侧中鼻道息肉者为2例;CT检查示单侧或双侧鼻窦内可见不均匀的斑片状
