[摘要]目的探讨P16、P53和SMAD4蛋白在胰腺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法对30例胰腺癌组织和10例正常胰腺组织中P16、P53和SMAD4蛋白进行检测。结果 P16、%、%%。%、%。两者比较差异有显著性( χ2 =~,P )。P16、P53蛋白的表达与胰腺癌病人的临床病理特征无关,而SMAD4蛋白的表达在病理分化程度上存在显著差异( χ2 =,P )。结论 P16、P53、SMAD4蛋白在胰腺癌发病中起重要作用。

[ABSTRACT]ObjectiveTo explore the expression and the relationship of P16, P53 and SMAD4 in pancreatic carcinoma. MethodsImmunohistochemical method was used to examine the expressions of P16, P53 and SMAD4 protein in 30 pancreatic car-cinoma tissues and 10 normal pancreatic tissues. ResultsThe positive rates of P16, P53 and DMAD4 protein were %, % and %, respectively, in the carcinoma tissues, and %, 0 and % in normal pancreatic tissues. The difference was significant between the two groups( χ2 =-, P ).The expressions of P16 and P53 were not correla-ted with the clinical pathology, while SMAD4 differed significantly with tumor differentiation ( χ2 =,P ). Conclusion P16,P53 and SMAD4 play an important role in the development of pancreatic carcinoma.

90%的胰腺癌病人在诊断后1年内死亡,5年生存率仅为5%~10%[1]。近年关于抑癌基因的
