【摘要】目的探讨肝细胞癌P27和skp2蛋白的表达情况与临床病理意义。方法用免疫组化二步法检测P27和skp2在60例肝细胞癌及20例癌旁组织中的表达。结果 60例肝细胞癌P27的阳性表达率为23%(14/60),癌旁组织为80%(16/20),60例肝细胞癌高分化癌阳性表达率为47%(7/15),低分化癌为16%(7/45)。P27在肝细胞癌中的表达明显低于癌旁组织,P27蛋白的表达随病理分级增高而降低。60例肝细胞癌skp2阳性表达率为47%(28/60) ,癌旁组织为15%(3/20),60例肝细胞癌高分化癌阳性表达率13%(2/15),低分化癌为58%(26/45),可见skp2在肝细胞癌中表达明显高于癌旁组织(),低分化癌明显高于高分化癌()。结论 P27和skp2蛋白的表达情况与肝细胞癌的发生发展及恶性度有关。

Abstract: Objective To explore the expression and significance of P27 and skp2 proteins in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods Immunohistochemical(S-P) method was used to detect the expression of P27 and skp2 proteins in the 60 patients with HCC and 20 cases of peri-cancer tissues. Results The positive rate of P27 protein in 60 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma was 23% , that in the adjacent tumor tissue was 80% , The positive rate of p27 protein expression was significantly lower in tumor than in adjacent tumor tissue. The expression of p27 protein es lower with the increase in grading. The positive rate of skp2 protein in 60 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma was 47% , that in the adjacent tumor was 15% , The positive rate of skp2 protein expression was significantly higher in tumor than that in adjacent tumor tissue(), lower grade differentiation was significantly higher than high grade differentit
