【摘要】目的探讨子宫内膜癌患者p53和PTEN的表达及临床意义。方法对53例子宫内膜癌患者,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测p53和PTEN,并与同期39例正常子宫内膜组织p53和PTEN的表达情况进行对比分析。%%,%%,两组间比较,均有显著性差异(均P<)。结论 p53和PTEN的表达在子宫内膜癌的发生发展过程中发挥着重要作用,有助于子宫内膜癌的临床诊断。

Abstract Objective To explore the expressions of p53 and PTEN in patients with endometrial cancer and the clinical significance. Methods Inmmunohistochemical S-P assay was applied in detecting p53 and PTEN of 53 cases with endometrial cancer and the results pared and analyzed with those of 39 normal cases. Results The miss rate of PTEN in cases with endometrial cancer was % while that in normal cases was %; the positive rate of p53 expression in cases with endometrial cancer was % while that in normal cases was %; parison between the 2 groups was of significant difference (P<). Conclusions The expressions of p53 and PTEN play an important role in the occurrence and development of endometrial cancer and are helpful in clinical diagnosis of endometrial cancer.

子宫内膜癌是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤之一,严重危害女性健康。该疾病的发病机制尚未明确,其发生发展过程漫长,在此过程中抑癌基因的失活、突变和癌基因的异常激活可能发挥着重要的作用。笔者对53例子宫内膜癌患者p53和PTEN的表达及临床意义进行分析,并将相关的资料总结报道如下,为临床工作提供参考依据。
1 资料与方法
