[摘要] 目的:测定维生素E霜中维生素E的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:DiamonsilTM(钻石) C18柱,流动相:甲醇-氯仿(85∶15),流速: mlmin-1 ,检测波长284 nm,柱温40 ℃。结果:%,方法精密度(RSD)%(n=6)。结论:该法可用于维生素E霜中维生素E的含量测定。

Determination of Vitamin E in Vitamin E Cream by RP-HPLC

维生素E是人的机体维持正常代谢和机能必需的脂溶性维生素,维生素E(VitE)霜是皮肤科常用的一种制剂,已用于治疗某些衰老性皮肤病[1~2]。其主要成份为VitE,现行测VitE含量标准[3]采用气相色谱法,由于基质的干扰,无法按标准方法进行含量测定,用HPLC法能消除基质的干扰,不经分离直接测定复方VitE霜中VitE的含量,方法简单,灵敏度高,重现性好,结果稳定,适合对该制剂质量控制的要求。
1 仪器与试药
仪器日本岛津高效液相色谱仪(LC-10 ATVP×2台溶剂输入泵,SPD-10 AVP紫外检测器,SCL-10 AVP系统控制器,CTO-10 ASVP柱温箱,SPD-M10 AVP二极管阵列检测器);(日本岛津公司)。
药品与试剂维生素E对
