【摘要】目的探讨TGFβ1、wtp53基因在前列腺癌组织中的表达并探讨其临床意义。方法应用免疫印迹技术检测正常前列腺、前列腺癌组织和癌旁组织中TGFβ1,wtp53基因的表达。结果正常前列腺外腺和癌旁组织间的TGFβ1、wtp53表达水平无差异();前列腺癌组织中TGFβ1和wtp53表达,与正常前列腺组织和癌旁组织相比差异显著();已有远处转移灶的前列腺癌组织中TGFβ1和wtp53表达,与无转移灶者相比差异显著()。结论 TGFβ1和wtp53基因与前列腺癌的发生和转移相关,并可能在前列腺癌的进展中起重要作用。因此,借助测定TGFβ1与wtp53表达可辅助前列腺癌的诊断和评估预后。

【Abstract】 Objective To detect the expressions of TGFβ1 and wtp53 gene in prostate carcinoma and evaluate its Western blotting method was used to detect TGF
β1 and wtp53 expression in the normal and carcinomous prostatic TGFβ1 was similarly expressed in the normal and prostatic paraneoplastic tissues(),and so was wtp53(). Either TGFβ1 or wtp53 was differently expressed in the carcinomous prostatic pared with normal or paraneoplastic tissues().The expressions of TGFβ1 or wtp53 were statistically different between metastatic prostate carcinoma and nonmetastatic carcinoma().Concmusions TGFβ1 and wtp53 genes are related to the malignant transformation and metastatis of prostate detect the expressions of TGFβ1 and wtp53 may make for judging prostate cancer′s diagnosis and prognosis.
