【摘要】目的:观察不同吸烟量大鼠脑组织TNFα的表达,初步探讨吸烟导致脑缺血的发病机制。方法:建立吸烟动物模型,将60只健康Wistar大鼠随机分为A组(正常对照组)、B组(非吸烟对照组)、C组(短期吸烟组)、D组(长期小量吸烟组)、E组(长期大量吸烟组)、F组(戒烟组),应用免疫组织化学方法观察各组大鼠脑组织TNFα的表达。结果:TNFα阳性细胞呈棕色,A组及B组大鼠脑组织中TNFα阳性细胞表达极少,两组比异差较无显著性(),CE各组表达比其它各组明显增多,F组TNFα表达下降,与其它各吸烟组相比差异有显著性()。结论:吸烟导致大鼠脑组织TNFα的表达升高,戒烟后表达下降,TNFα表达升高可能是吸烟导致脑梗死的主要途径之一。
