【摘要】目的探讨阿托伐他汀对慢性缺血性心脏病心力衰竭患者心功能和BNP的影响。方法将106缺血性心脏病心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照每组各53例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用阿托伐他汀20 mg,每晚一次口服,观察两组患者治疗前、后射血分数(EF)、左室短轴缩短率(FS)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)及脑钠肽(BNP)的变化。结果治疗组较对照EF、FS明显升高,BNP明显降低,LVEDD也明显减小,差异有统计学意义()。结论阿托伐他汀可改善缺血性心脏病心肌缺血和缺氧,保存或改善患者的心脏功能,减少和延缓心力衰竭的发生和发展,值得临床推广和应用。

【Abstract】 Objective Of atorvastatin on chronic ischemic heart disease congestive heart failure and the impact of The 106 patients with ischemic heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and 53 patients were in each group received conventional treatment,Treatment group was treated based on the use of atorvastatin 20 mg,Night time oral,Patients were observed before and after treatment ejection fraction(EF),Left ventricular fractional shortening(FS),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) EF,FS was significantly increased,BNP decreased significantly,LVEDD was significantly reduced in treatment group,the difference was statistically significant().Conclusion Effect of atorvastatin on ischemic heart disease may improve myocardial ischemia,and hypoxia,save or improve the patient’s heart function,reduce and delay the occurrence and development of heart failure,is worthy of promotion and application.
