【摘要】目的:研究奥曲肽(OCT)对人卵巢癌细胞株SKOV3的影响。方法:建立人卵巢癌细胞株SKOV3裸鼠移植瘤模型,分成空白对照组、OCT组、顺铂组及OCT与顺铂联用组4组,分别予生理盐水、OCT、顺铂及两药联用处理,处死裸鼠后肿瘤标本采用免疫组织化学法检测血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达。结果:各用药组瘤重、瘤体积、VEGF的表达均低于空白对照组()。结论:OCT能抑制体内人卵巢癌细胞株SKOV3生长。

[Abstract] Objective: To study the effect of octreotide on the human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3. Methods: Metastatic model simulating human ovarian cancer was established by implantation of the ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3 into nude mice. Animals were divided and submitted to different treatment groups:control group treated with physiological saline,octreotide group with octreotide,cDDP group with cDDP bination
group with octreotide and cDDP. The mice were killed and the tumor samples were isolated, vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) expression was examined by immunohistochemistry with VEGF antibody. Results: Tumor weights,volume and the expression of VEGF were less in the treated mice with drugs than that in the control mice(). Conclusion: Octreotide inhibits the growth of human ovarian cancer cell line SKOV3 in vivo.
