【摘要】目的通过检测血清睾***、皮质醇、血乳酸和尿素氮含量的变化,评价北虫草提取物促进机体运动性疲劳恢复的生物学作用。方法以人体为研究对象,每个实验分2组,对照组和给药试验组,根据性别又分为男和女两组,男性48人,女性35人。血清睾***、皮质醇含量测定采用放射免疫分析法,血乳酸和尿素氮含量测定分别采用乳酸分析仪与二乙酰-肟检测法。结果男性血清睾***含量实验组( ± )明显高于对照组( ± ) fmol/L,皮质醇含量实验组( ± ) 低于对照组(± ) nmol/L , 差异有显著性()。女性血清皮质醇含量实验组( ± )低于对照组( ± )nmol/L , 差异有显著性()。男性血乳酸和尿素氮含量实验组为( ± )和( ± )mmol/L ,明显低于对照组( ± )和( ± )mmol/L,尿素氮差异有显著性()。结论北虫草提取物具有预防疲劳促进机体运动性疲劳恢复的作用。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effects of Cordyceps militaris extract on the promoting motion fatigue recover on human by determining serum testosterone, cortisol, lactic acid and urea nitrogen forty-eight man and thirty-five women were divided into two groups, including matched group and administration experimental drug group. Serum testosterone and cortisol contents were determined by radioimmunoassay kit(RIA kit). Lactic acid and urea nitrogen contents were determined by YSI1500 Lacte Analyzers and Diacetyl Monoxime testosterone and cortisol content in blood experimental drug group were( ± ) fmol/L and ( ± ) nmol/L,( ± ) fmol/L and (± ) nmol/L in male of matched
