摘要
随着经济全球化发展的趋势,产业集聚已逐渐成为对外直接投资区位选择的重要影响因素。统计资料显示,现阶段我国对外直接投资正处于蓬勃上升阶段,但我衡,因此本文提出对外直接投资区位选择研究,加强对外直接投资区位选择的合理性。
本文首先阐述了有关产业集聚和对外直接投资区位选择相关理论,接着对我国对外直接投资现状进行分析,指出我国对外直接投资先存在的问题,以及面临的发展机遇和挑战,并分析了我国对外直接投资区位选择的几个重要影响因素,最后本文重点分析了产业集聚对我国企业对外直接投资区位选择的影响机理,结果表明产业集聚通过降低商务成本、影响经济外部性效益,降低了进行对外直接投资企业的成本,提高了企业效率,增强了企业竞争力,认为产业集聚是我国对外直接投资区位选择的重要影响因素,在结论部分在我国企业对外直接投资区位选择方面给出了发展建议。

ABSTRACT
With the trend of economic globalization, industrial agglomeration has e the important factors of FDI location choice. Statistical data show that foreign direct investment in China at the present stage is in the booming rise stage, but the uneven regional distribution of foreign direct investment, so in this paper, we research on foreign direct investment location choice, in order to strengthen the rationality of outward foreign direct investment location choice.
In this paper, we first describes the relevant theories of industrial agglomeration and foreign direct investment location choice, then we analyzed the current situation of China’s foreign direct investment, pointed out that the problem of China's foreign direct investment, and the opportunities and challenges we facing now about the development of China’s foreign direct investment location choice, then analyzed some important impact factors of China’s foreign direct investment location choice. Finally, we analyze the influence mechanism which industry gathering impact to China’s Foreign Direct Investment, and the results show that industrial agglomeration by reducing business costs and impact on economic externality benefits reducing the foreign direct investme
