摘要:目的探讨上皮性卵巢肿瘤中CD44v6的表达及临床意义. 方法采用SABC免疫组织化学方法,检测了72例上皮性卵巢肿瘤中CD44v6的表达状况. 结果恶性卵巢肿瘤、%,%%.恶性卵巢肿瘤中CD44v6的表达较良性肿瘤明显增高(P<),恶性肿瘤中有淋巴结转移者的CD44v6表达(%)与无淋巴结转移者(%)相比有显著差异(P<).(P>). 结论 CD44v6在上皮性恶性卵巢肿瘤中的发生及淋巴结转移过程中可能起重要作用,并有望成为判断患者预后的有效指标.
