【摘要】:目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定抗瘤丸中三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱( mm×150 mm,5 μm),使用梯度洗脱系统,流动相为乙腈-%磷酸溶液; mL/min;检测波长为203 nm;进样量为10 μL;柱温为30 ℃。~621 μg(r= 9),%(RSD= 6%);~ μg(r= 6),%(RSD= 6%);~ μg(r= 9),%(RSD= 4%)。结论本方法操作简便、准确,重复性好,可用于抗瘤丸中三七皂苷R1及人参皂苷Rg1、Rb1的含量测定。

Abstract:Objective To set up a HPLC method for the determination of the contents of notoginsenoside R1, ginsenoside Rg1 and Rb1 in Kangliu pills. Methods It was performed on Kromasil C18 ( mm×150 mm, 5 μm), and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-% phosphoric acid with gradient elution system. μL and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The liner range of notoginsenoside R1 was ~621 μg (r= 9) and the average recovery was % (RSD= 6%).
