【摘要】目的探讨PTEN和P27蛋白在胃癌组织中的表达及与胃癌各项临床病理特征的关系,并探讨两者的相关性。方法采用SP免疫组化方法检测PTEN和P27蛋白在65例胃癌组织和20例正常胃粘膜中的表达情况。结果在胃癌中的PTEN蛋白阳性率(%)显著低于正常胃粘膜(100%, P<);PTEN蛋白表达与分化程度(r= -,P<)、浸润深度(r= -,P<)、淋巴结转移(r=-,P<)、临床分期(r=-,P<)呈负相关。在胃癌中P27蛋白阳性率(%)显著低于正常胃粘膜(95%, P<),P27蛋白表达与分化程度(r= -,P<)、浸润深度(r= -,P<)、淋巴结转移(r= -,P<)、临床分期(r= -,P<)呈负相关。胃癌中P27蛋白表达与PTEN表达呈正相关(P<)。结论在胃癌进展中PTEN蛋白表达的缺失和降低可能导致P27蛋白表达减少,使其不能有效发挥细胞周期负调控因子的抑瘤作用,使得瘤细胞具有更高的恶性程度。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation of PTEN and P27 protein expression with the clinicopathological features of gastric carcinoma, and the correlation between expression of PTEN and P27 in carcinoma of the PTEN and P27 protein expression was evaluated in the tissue of 65 human gastric carcinoma as well as 20 cases normal gastric mucosa using immunohistochemistry (SP method). Results The PTEN labeling frequency in gastric carcinoma (%) was significantly lower than that in normal gastric mucosa(100%,P<). the PTEN protein expression in gastric carcinoma was positively correlated with poor differentiation(r=-,P<), deep invasion(r=-,P<), lymph node metastasis (r=-,P<), and clinical staging(r=-, P<).P27 labelin
