【摘要】目的探讨彻底清除上颌窦黏膜下囊肿并防止复发的治疗方法。方法对56例上颌窦黏膜下囊肿行鼻内镜下双径路手术,术中彻底清除病变。结果随访1年,无并发症,治愈率达100%,无复发。结论该方法对彻底清除上颌窦黏膜下囊肿、避免复发具有优越性。

Treatment for submucous cyst of maxillary sinus by double track operation under sinus endoscopy

[Abstract]ObjectiveTo observe to clear away submucous cyst of maxillary sinus and preventing its patients were treated with double track operation under sinus endoscopy. The submucous cyst of maxillary sinus was cleared is plication after one year following cure rate is 100% and recurrence rate is shows that the method has the advantage of clearing away the submucous cyst of maxillary sinus and preventing recurrence.

本科于2000年1月以来,采用鼻内镜下经鼻腔、上颌窦前壁双径路手术治疗上颌窦黏膜下囊肿56例,疗效满意,现报告如下。
1资料与方法
,男30例,女26例;年龄14~65岁,;单侧52例,双侧4例。单纯上颌窦黏膜下囊肿38例,合并慢性筛窦炎、上颌窦炎者18例,Ⅰ型1期8例,Ⅰ型2期10例;全部病例术前均行鼻窦水平位、冠状位CT检查确诊,术后均行病理检查确诊。
(杭州桐庐尖端医学器械总厂生产),6例在全麻下进行,其余均在局麻下进行,鼻腔内用1%丁卡因30ml加盐酸肾上腺素3ml(浓度为10:1)行鼻腔黏膜表面麻醉3次,每次5min。2%利多卡因行钩突前缘、上颌窦前壁局部浸润麻醉,蝶腭神经节阻滞麻醉。对单纯性上颌窦黏膜下囊肿采用下鼻道和上颌窦前壁径路。将下鼻甲向内侧骨折,。,切至骨
