【摘要】目的比较和评价下鼻甲部分切除术和鼻内镜下钳夹法联合等离子治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的效果。方法回顾性分析58例患者接受下鼻甲部分切除术和鼻内镜下等离子治疗术的结果。其中28例下鼻甲部分切除术,30例行鼻内镜下等离子治疗。结果术后6~12个月随访,%,%,二者差异无统计学意义(P>),%,后者无。结论下鼻甲部分切除术与鼻内镜下等离子治疗术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎效果相似。两者均在局麻下进行,非常安全、有效。但鼻内镜下等离子治疗术具有简单、无切口、操作容易、术野清晰、术后出血少等特点。
