【摘要】目的了解慢性非传染性疾病(简称慢性病)的基本概念、成因、致病因素,采取综合防控措施,提高全民健康生活质量。方法建立和完善慢性病防控体系,加强慢性病防治队伍建设,提高专业人员技术水平和服务能力,规范开展慢性病防控综合监测,干预和评估,完善慢性病信息管理系统,探索适合本地区的慢性病防控策略、措施和长效管理模式。结果慢性病防控是全民健康长寿的关键,通过开展综合防控干预措施,真正体现了公共卫生的核心价值。结论慢性病的防控取决于各级政府和领导对公共卫生的重视,决定着公共卫生对策的制定和国家资源的分配和使用。也影响着社会对人民健康价值和公共卫生理论的取向,全民和社会各界对慢性病防控都有义不容辞的责任。

【abstract】objective to understand chronic municable diseases (hereinafter referred to as the basic concept of chronic diseases), cause, pathogenic factors, prehensive prevention and control measures to improve the health quality of life. Method to establish and perfect the chronic disease prevention and control system, strengthen the chronic disease prevention and control the team building, improve the professional technology level and the service ability, to regulate the chronic disease prevention and control in prehensive monitoring, evaluation, perfect intervention and chronic disease management information system, explore the chronic disease prevention and control for this area strategy, measures and the long-term management mode. The prevention and control of chronic disease is the key to good health and longevity, through the development prehensive prevention and control intervention measures, really reflect the core value of public health. Conclusion the prevention and control of chronic diseases depends on all levels of the government and leadership to the attention of the public health, decided to the public health measures the formulation and countries in the allocation of resources and use. Also influence on people’s health and social value of the theory of public health, the orientation and all circles of society of chronic disease prevention and control are obligatory responsibility.
