ABSTRACT: Objective To study changes of the peripheral blood CD4+CD25+T cells in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus after autologous peripheral blood purified stem cells transplantation. Methods Totally 15 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus who had received autologous peripheral blood purified stem cells transplantation were recruited in this study. Flow cytometry was used to measure CD4+CD25+T cells counting before transplantation and at 3, 6, 12, 24 months after transplantation. Results Before transplantation, the percentage of CD4+CD25+T cells was decreased. At 3, 6, 12, 24 months after transplantation, the CD4+CD25+T cells counting increased pared with that before transplantation (P<). There was no significant difference in percentage of CD4+CD25+T cells in parisons of 6, 12, 24 months after transplantation. CD4+CD25+T cells of relapsed SLE were markedly lower than those of unrelapsed SLE. Conclusion Autologous peripheral blood purified stem cells transplantation can effectively increase the level of CD4+CD25+T cells in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.

近年来,自体外周血造血干细胞移植治疗系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus, SLE)取得了满意疗效,其确切机制尚不完全清楚。但可以肯定的是原有的自身免疫性的细胞克隆受到彻底摧毁,重建正常免疫细胞体系是造血
