摘要:目的研究可见光及紫外分光光度法测定丁香总黄酮含量的方法。方法可见光分光光度法是以芦丁为参照品,硝酸铝作显色剂,在510 nm波长测定总黄酮含量。紫外分光光度法是以芦丁为参照品,在359 nm波长测定总黄酮含量。% , %。 % %。结论紫外分光光度法是一种较理想的测定方法。

Study on the Determination of Flavonoid in Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb. by VIS and UV Spectrophotometry
Abstract:ObjectiveTo determine total flavonoid content in Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb. by VIS and UV contrast sample of VIS Spectrophotometry was rutin, the revealing agent was Al(NO3)3 and the analyzed wavelength was 510 nm. The contrast sample of UV Spectrophotometry was rutin and the analyzed wavelength was 359 average recoveries of VIS and UV Spectrophotometry were % and %.The RSD were % and %.ConclusionUV Spectrophotometry is a gooel method for detection of total flavonoid content in Eugenia caryophyllata Thunb. .

丁香Eugenia caryophyllata 、支解香、公丁香。丁香分布于马来群岛及非洲,我国广东、广西等地均有栽培。丁香中含有酚类、β石竹烯、甲基正戊基酮、水杨酸甲酯和黄酮等物质。丁香性温,味辛, 有温中、暧肾、降逆的功能[1]。目前报道的测定植物中黄酮含量的方法主要是可见光分光光度法[2],但可见光及紫外光分光光度法测定丁香总黄酮含量的方法未见报道。本文采用可见光与紫外光分光光度法测定丁香中总黄酮含量,并对两种方法进行了比较,拟寻找一种准确而简便的测定丁香中黄酮含量的方法。
