摘要:改革开放以来,东北老工业基地经济保持了良好的发展势头。但由于一系列原因,东北老工业基地经济始终未能摆脱传统的粗放型经济增长方式,产业结构升级缓慢,地区经济出现衰退,调整和改造的任务迫在眉睫。本文主要围绕产业结构优化、升级的角度展开论述,探讨东北老工业基地振兴的思路与对策,提出以“新型工业化道路”来推动东北老工业基地的振兴。

A Necessary New Pattern Industrialization Road to
the Revitalization of Northeast Old Industrial Base

Abstracts: Since the introduction of reform and open-up policy, the economy of northeast old industrial base maintains growing at a high rate. However, for some kinds of reason, little changes occurred to the growth-mode of northeast old industrial base economy. The industrial structure upgrades slowly and the whole area shows something of stagnation recently. The paper bases on the optimizing and upgrading of industrial structure, analyzing the measures to realize the northeast old industrial base’s rejuvenation. In the end, it puts forward an idea of revitalizing the northeast old industrial base though the way of new industrialization road.
