【摘要】目的探讨黄芩中总黄酮提取工艺中的提取溶剂用量、提取时间、提取次数对黄芩中总黄酮得率的影响。方法采用紫外分光光度法,测定不同提取溶剂用量、不同提取时间、不同提取次数所得到总黄酮含量。结果通过正交实验,找到黄芩中总黄酮提取的最佳提取工艺条件为:30%乙醇提取3次,剂量12,10,10倍,时间2,1,1 h。结论该研究可以为工厂化黄芩总黄酮的生产过程制定合理的提取工艺提供理论依据,对生产具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the effects of factors like solvent dosage,extraction time and extraction times on the production extraction of flavonoids from Scutellaria determine the content of the total flavonoids by UV-spectrophotometry. ResultsA better method of extraction of flavonoids from Scutellaria baicalensis was found through orthogonal test,the influences of factors like solvent dosage,extraction time and extraction times on total flavones were showed the best conditions of extraction were 30% ethanol 3 times, dosage 12,10,10 times,time 2,1,1 hours. ConclusionTheoretical foundation of the reasonable procedure can be provided for the flavonoid
production from Scutellaria baicalensis in the factory and it is significant for the production.

黄芩Scutellaria baicalensis i为常用中药之一,具有清热燥湿、泻火解毒、止血安胎等功效。其主要有效成分为黄酮类化合物。现代药理研究证明黄芩不仅具有明显的抗菌消炎、抗过敏、抗氧化、抗癌和抗病毒等作用,而且对心血管疾病也具一定的作用[1]。从黄芩中提取黄芩苷的工艺研究报道大多以水为溶剂进行煎煮提取[2],但此法黄芩苷的收率低,生产周期长。本研究采用正交实验,总黄酮为指标,对各影响因素进行研究,得到较佳的提取工艺,较大地提高了收率。
