【Abstract】 AIM: To explore the clinical significance of the polymorphism of coagulation factor XⅢ A subunit gene (Val 34/Leu), and FXⅢ antigen and activity in plasma of patients with myocardial infarction or brain infarction. METHODS: The plasma level of FXⅢ antigen in patients and the healthy controls were measured by sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and the activity of FXⅢ was detected by Biotinlabeled assay. Allelespecific PCR was used to detect the FXⅢA subunit genotypes. RESULTS: The frequency of Leu34 genotype in patients with myocardial or brain infarction was and respectively, a little higher than that of controls, but no difference was found between them (P>). There was no difference in the activity of FXⅢ between different genotypes though it was slightly higher in patients with Leu34 variant than in patients with Val 34 variant. No difference was found in FXⅢA subunit gene, FXII antigen and its activity between the controls and patients with myocardial infarction or brain infarction. CONCLUSION: There is no definitely correlation between FX
ⅢA gene Val34Leu polymorphism, plasma FXⅢ level and myocardial or brain infarction.

【摘要】目的:探讨凝血因子FXIIIA基因Val34Leu多态性、血浆
