现状一:95%以上的卫生间仍在使用传统地排水系统- 隔层排水
主要的问题:
1. 空间布局上的局限性: 受到楼板预留孔的限制
2. 建筑整体功能上的局限性: 受到卫生要求的限制,卫生间的位置必须上下一致
3. 检修不便: 需要到楼下用户家中进行管路检修,十分不便
4. 房屋产权的不清晰: 管路系统部分在楼下用户的家中,容易发生产权上的纠纷
5. 噪音较大: 采用PVC-U管材后,会产生较大的冲水及排水噪音
6. 卫生间异味: 管路系统的压力平稳未被充分考虑,造成存水弯水封被负压破坏,引发异味

现状二:部分卫生间开始使用降板及填埋PVC管道的方法- 降板同层
主要的问题:
漏水: PVC长期受填埋层的挤压,会引发漏水。因此对降板部分的防水处理要求极高
结构: 结构设计及施工复杂,土建造价增加。(平均一个卫生间增加600-700元)
卫生间异味: 管路系统的压力平稳未被充分考虑,造成存水弯水封被负压破坏,引发异味
