【摘要】目的探讨低场强MRI对甲状腺的诊断和鉴别诊断。方法回顾分析经穿刺活检或手术病理证实的36例甲状腺肿块,。结果 36例甲状腺肿块中,甲状腺癌9例,甲状腺腺瘤19例,结节性甲状腺肿5例,甲状腺囊肿3例。低场强MRI对恶性病变的诊断率67%,对良性病变诊断的符合率67%。结论掌握各种甲状腺病变的低场强MRI信号特点、与周围结构的关系,以及有无颈部淋巴结转移,对其诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要价值。

[Abstract] Objective To study the low-field MRI of thyroid diagnosis and differential diagnosis. Methods A retrospective analysis by biopsy or surgical pathology of goiter block 36, using the Siemens low field MRI examination equipment. Results 36 cases of thyroid, 9 cases of thyroid cancer, thyroid adenoma in 19 cases, 5cases of nodular goiter, 3 cases of thyroid cysts. Low-field MRI for the diagnosis rate of malignant lesions 67% of benign lesions diagnosed with the rate of 67%. Conclusion Thyroid diseases have a variety of low-field MRI signal characteristics of the surrounding structures, as well as the availability of cervical lymph node metastases, its diagnosis and differential diagnosis of great va
lue.

甲状腺病变的影像学检查以B超和CT报道较多[1],并且CT检查已经成为常规有效的诊断方法[2]。低场强MRI的普及应用,为临床提供了有价值的诊断,而国内外相关报道较少[3]。本文回顾分析36例甲状腺病变的低场强MRI信号表现,以探讨低场强MRI对甲状腺病变的诊断和鉴别诊断。
材料与方法
本文收集了2003年~2007年36例甲状腺病变经手术或穿刺病理证实,其中甲状腺癌9例,男7例,女2例;甲状腺腺瘤19例,男8例,女11例;结节性甲状腺肿3例,男1例,女2例;甲状腺囊肿5例,男1例,女4例;年龄19~66岁,平均42岁。
采用德国西门子公司Siemens NOVUS ,使用颈线圈行轴位、冠状位、矢状位扫描。扫描序列为:SE T1WI(TR/TE,428ms/11ms),FS
