【摘要】目的探讨经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法对本院100例输尿管结石患者行钬激光碎石术,临床观察和随访患者术后恢复情况及治愈率,并对术中及术后并发症及手术失败原因进行分析。结果100例行钬激光碎石术的患者,87例手术成功,6例因输尿管下段狭窄入镜困难而改用其他治疗方法,7例因结石滑入肾盂行体外冲击波碎石术。术后随访手术成功患者无结石残留,肾积水减轻,术中及术后未出现严重并发症。结论经输尿管镜钬激光碎石术对治疗输尿管中下段结石是一种安全、有效的治疗方法,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for the teratment of ureteral calculi

[Abstract]ObjectiveTo inverstigate the therapeutic effect and technical of holmium laser lithotripsy on the ureteroscopic treatment of ureteral calculi. MethodsWe inverstigated the clinical material on ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy tretment of 100 cases with ureteral calculi. We observed clinically and followed up the cause of leading to operational 100 cases,the numbers of essful cases are 87,6 cases were transferred other therapeutic methods because of stegnosis of inferior ureter,7 cases were transferred ewsl for the calculus sliding to pelvis. Following up the essful cases,we found that no stone remain,nephrohydrosis lessoned and no plication holmium laser lithotripsy treat middle and inferior ureteral calculi can be a safe and effective method and deserve using spreadly.
