【摘要】目的研究美容杜鹃叶挥发油化学成分。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏的方法提取挥发油,以气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MC)技术结合计算机检索对其化学成分进行分离和鉴定,用色谱峰面积归一化法计算各组分的相对含量。结果从美容杜鹃叶挥发油中共鉴定出64种化合物,%。其中主要成分是3,7,11,15四甲基2十六烯1醇(%)、1,3,5三甲基苯(%)、2,3,6三甲基萘(%)、对映16贝壳杉烯(%)、十九烯(%)、3二十烷炔(%)、连三甲苯(%)、天然4乙基愈创木酚(%)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(%)、2,6二甲基萘(%)。结论研究结果为进一步开发和利用美容杜鹃奠定基础。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo analyze the chemical constituents of volatile oils from leaves of Rhoodendron calophytum volatile oils were extracted by steam pounds were separated and identified by capillary GC-MS method. The relative content of ponent was calculated by area normalization. ResultsSixty pounds were identified from leaves of Rhododendron calophytum ratio of identification of pounds was %.The ponents are 3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-2-hexadecen-1-ol(%);1,3,5-Trimethylbenzene(%);naphthalene,2,3,6-trimethy(%);kaur-16-ene(%);1-Nonadecene(%);3-eicosyne(%);Hemimellitene(%); p-ethylguaiacol(%);dibutyl phthalate(%);naphthalene,2,6-dimethyl(%).ConclusionThe result of research provides a scientific method for the reasonable exploitation and utilization of Rhododendron calophytum Franch.
