【摘要】目的对凤尾蕨属6种药用植物抗肿瘤有效部位进行筛选。方法采用MTT法对凤尾蕨属6种药用植物不同溶剂萃取物进行体外抗肿瘤活性测试。结果半边旗的醋酸乙酯萃取物、正丁醇萃取物;刺齿半边旗的石油醚萃取物、醋酸乙酯萃取物、正丁醇萃取物;井栏边草的醋酸乙酯萃取物、正丁醇萃取物;剑叶凤尾蕨的醋酸乙酯萃取物;线羽凤尾蕨的正丁醇萃取物对人肺癌细胞A549增殖均有明显的抑制作用。结论上述凤尾蕨属几种药用植物的萃取物具有较好的体外抗肿瘤活性,是其抗肿瘤作用的有效部位。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo screen the active fraction with antitumor effect from 6 medicinal plants of Pteris L..MethodsThe samples of the 6 plants were extracted with ethanol at first, and then the ethanol extracts were separated with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate, n-Butyl alcohol in turn to get three fractions. Then the antitumor effect of the extracts were tested with MTT acetate and n-BuOH extracts of Pteris semipinnta L., petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-BuOH extracts of P. dispar Kze., ethyl acetate and n-BuOH extracts of P. multifida Poir., ethyl acetate extract of P. ensiformis Burm.,and n-BuOH extract of P. linearis L. were shown to have significant inhibitory effec
t against human lung cancer cell extracts of the plants from Pteris are proved to be the antitumor active fractions in vitro.

半边旗药材为来源于凤尾蕨属植物半边旗Pteris semipinnta [1]。从中分离到的二萜类化合物5F、6F和A具有抗肿瘤作用[2,3],其中5F含量较高,但活性不是很强,6F和A活性很强,但其在原植物中的含量太低而不能开发利用。2006年由我们申报,半边旗药材被广东省食品药品监督管理局批准为广东省地方药材标准品种。根据药用植物亲缘学的原理,亲缘关系相近的植物其所含
