【摘要】目的应用近红外光谱分析技术建立快速检测六味地黄丸中定量指标的方法。方法按照《中国药典》法分别测定六味地黄丸水分、丹皮酚和马钱苷的含量作为其化学值(真值),并测定其近红外光谱。结果通过对模型的优化,建模样品集化学值(真值)与近红外预测值的相关系数r分别为:r(水分)= 4,r(丹皮酚)= 2,r(马钱苷)= 1。检验样品集化学值与近红外预测值的相关系数分别为:r(水分)= 7,r(丹皮酚)= 4,r(马钱苷)= 2。实验结果表明应用化学法测得的六味地黄丸中水分、丹皮酚、马钱苷含量与近红外预测值之间存在较好的线性关系。结论应用近红外光谱分析技术建立快速检测六味地黄丸中定量指标的方法是可行的。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo develop a method of rapid detection of the quantitative indicators in LiuWeiDiHuang pills by the near infrared spectroscopy. MethodsThe three indicators (water, paeonol and loganin) of LiuWeiDiHuang pills were measured according to the Pharmacopoeia as its chemical value (true value), and measured its near-infrared spectroscopy. ResultsThrough the optimization of the model, the correlation between the reference value of the modeling sample set and the near infrared predictive value were r(water)= 4, r(paeonol)= 2,r(loganin)= 1, respectively. The correlation between the reference value of the testing sample set and the near infrared predictive value were 7, 4, 2, respectively. Experimental results showed that the chemical value of water, paeonol and loganin were linear with the near infrared predictive value.
