改革开放以来,中国肉羊产业的发展日益加快,正在成长为畜牧业之中的一个
“朝阳产业”。内蒙古作为全国羊肉产量最大的省区,肉羊产业在内蒙古畜牧业中占
有非常重要地位。研究肉羊产业对满足国内日益增长的羊肉需求、内蒙古畜牧业的健
康发展以及促进内蒙古农牧民增收都具有十分重要的现实意义和理论意义。
本文主要采用实证研究与规范研究相结合的方法对内蒙古肉羊产业发展进行了
系统的分析。论文首先对中国肉羊产业的发展现状做了分析,认为肉羊产业在畜牧业
中的地位逐渐上升,肉羊屠宰加工业已获初步发展,羊肉消费逐渐增长。再对内蒙古
肉羊产业做了系统研究,从发展情况出发,分析了内蒙古肉羊产业所面临的问题,最
后提出促进内蒙古肉羊产业发展的对策。

A study on development of sheep industry in Inner Mongolia
Abstract
Since the reform and opening up, the development of the sheep industry in China is
accelerating, and growing into a "sunrise industry" in livestock industry. As the country's
largest mutton provinces, the sheep industry occupies a very important position in Inner
Mongolia autonomous regions. A study on development of sheep industry in Inner
Mongolia has a very important practical and theoretical significance for meeting the
growing domestic lamb needs, the development of livestock industry in Inner Mongolia
and the promotion of the e of farmers and herdsmen in Inner Mongolia.
This paper uses method of empirical and normative research to analyze the sheep
industry development in Inner Mongolia. Firstly, to analyze the sheep industry
development in china at this moment, it is argued that the status of the sheep industry
maintaining the gradual increase in livestock industry. Sheep slaughtering and processing
industry has arrived initial development, and lamb consumption is gradually increasing.
Secondly, to study the sheep industry in Inner Mongolia systematically, to analyze the
problems which the Inner Mongolia sheep industry faced Finally, to promote the
countermeasures for the development of the sheep industry development in Inner
Mongolia.
