摘要:根据发展节能建1 筑的需要,从商业建筑的体量大小、平面设计、空间组合形式及围护结构等方面,对商业建筑
设计的节能措施进行了探讨,并对其应用前景进行了展望,以获得显著地节能效果.

Abstract :According to the needs of developing energy - saving building ,this paper discusses energy saving mea
sures mercial building design from the mass size mercial buildings , plane layout ,form of space array
and enclosure ,and forecasts its application prospect ,sothat it gains obvious energy - saving effect .

0 前言
当今世界对能源的需求越来越大,各国对能源节约问题也越来越重视. 我国是一个能源消耗大国,节能
是我国的重要国策之一. 在所有能耗中,建筑能耗又占有很大比重,因此,近年来,建筑节能技术已成为全球
关注的热点研究课题. 我国节能工作与发达国家相比起步较晚,尤其在商业建筑领域,能源浪费十分严重. 如
何在繁华的都市中心建造节能型商业建筑,并尽可能利用被动手段(如自然通风、自然采光等) 提高室内环境
质量,对于我国建筑行业的可持续发展具有重要意义. 笔者对商业建筑节能基本措施进行了探讨.
